Responsibilities
Maintain exterior plant displays across multiple client sites each day, ensuring each location looks its best.
Provide customer service to clients, complete site reports, and maintain accurate records using company systems.
Work with the line manager to complete routes efficiently and to required standards, and contribute to improving service.
Follow risk assessments and method statements and help maintain the organisation's safety record.
Maintain plant installations at client premises and advise clients on the maintenance and care of their exterior designs.
Attend client sites within the London East Region as a field-based employee.

Your Impact
Your role focuses on looking after our exterior plant installations at our client premises. As a Exterior focused Technician, you will provide excellent customer service and be a point of knowledge for our clients about the maintenance and care of both their exterior designs.
This is an independent role which will involve early starts on a variance of days and taking ownership for plant maintenance at several client sites on a roster. You will be joining a team of like-minded plant specialists who meet regularly both online & in-person, and you will be part of our wider regional team.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:
Maintain Stunning Outdoor Displays: You’ll be responsible for caring for a variety of external plant displays at multiple client sites each day, ensuring every location looks its absolute best.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: You’ll be the friendly face our clients see, providing excellent service, completing site reports, and keeping accurate records using our company systems.
Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure all routes are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your input and teamwork will help us continually improve our service.
Champion Safety: You’ll always work safely, following all risk assessments and method statements, and helping to maintain our excellent safety record.

Ability to travel to client sites in and around the job location.
Comfortable with early start-times (Our Technicians can start their days between 5am and 7am depending on the clients they are supporting each day).
This role requires the use of a company vehicle, so a valid UK driving licence is required.
