Requirements
  • Strong development experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase.
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load tools such as SQL Server Integration Services and Informatica.
  • Hands-on knowledge of shell scripting and Unix.
  • Hands-on experience writing SQL queries using multidimensional joins, triggers, and stored procedures in SQL Server.
  • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business analysis professionals.
  • Strong experience in database-driven reporting using SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server Analysis Services.
  • Ability to travel to United States offices in New York on an as-needed, short-term basis.
  • Familiarity with basic financial concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to understand or learn new technologies at a fast pace.
  • Good knowledge or work experience with workflow.
  • Good understanding of SQL and database development, including tables, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with MicroStrategy.
  • Microsoft Certified Microsoft SQL Developer certification.
  • Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster credential.
  • Experience in the financial industry, including building data interfaces with internal and external vendors, or banking back-office knowledge.
