Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; business or finance degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, financial planning, strategy, or business analytics
  • Proficiency with Excel & Google Suite required, familiarity with SQL & Looker a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math
  • Ability to conduct and build ad hoc data analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills highly preferred
  • Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals
  • Customer curious and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Omni-channel retail experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly business performance reporting for Virtual channel; responsible for sharing out with key stakeholders and adjusting strategy where needed
  • Support weekly promo reporting and recapping across multiple categories
  • Manage discounting and inventory reconciliation for virtual channel and facilitating outreach to partners where needed
  • Support the development of new reporting and ways of analyzing business related to the Virtual channel
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs and shifts in-season; communicating risks and opportunities
  • Interpreting financial metrics to help develop recommendations and action plans to impact performance
  • Support pre-season planning efforts and in-season forecasting
  • Forge collaborative relationships with with cross-functional partners including vendor, merchandising and pricing teams
  • Work closely with site merch to help evaluate and enhance the customer shopping experience
