- A strong background in support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate at Level 2/3 incident analysis and resolution.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco switches, including Nexus and Catalyst, and server connectivity involving blade chassis, converged, and standalone servers.
- Good knowledge of Cisco virtual private networks, including site-to-site and remote access.
- Knowledge of data center technology.
- Working knowledge of Check Point NG and Cisco firewalls.
- Working knowledge of F5 and ACE load balancers.
- Perform Level 2/3 incident analysis and resolution.
- Support and troubleshoot network and server connectivity issues.
- Manage Cisco switches and server connectivity infrastructure.
