Requirements

Training as a Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF is required.
High professional and social competence is required.
A resilient and flexible disposition with a strong sense of responsibility is required.
Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are required.
Very good computer skills are required.
Good spoken and written German is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across disciplines and professions with various occupational groups.
Provide care to patients during inpatient treatment, particularly in rheumatology, internal medicine, and psychiatry.
Recognize crisis situations and act appropriately to the circumstances.
Contribute to the further development of nursing in the inpatient setting.
Record and evaluate nursing interventions, incorporating NANDA.
Work in a three-shift operation.

Desired Qualifications

Further training as a Pain Nurse is desirable.
Knowledge of French is desirable.

Interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen
Betreuung der Patienten und Patientinnen während der stationären Behandlung mit Schwerpunkt Rheumatologie, Innere - Medizin und Psychiatrie
Erfassen und situationsgerechtes Handeln in Krisensituationen
Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der Pflege im stationären Betrieb
Erfassen und Evaluation der pflegerischen Handlungen unter Einbezug nach NANDA
Arbeiten im Drei-Schichtbetrieb

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
Weiterbildung als Pain Nurse erwünscht
Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
Begeisterung für den Beruf und Empathie für die PatientInnen
Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Französisch Kenntnisse erwünscht
