Requirements

  • Currently studying or graduated in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Less than one year of customer service experience, preferably in insurance brokerage or the insurance sector.
  • Ability to serve clients, follow up on requests, and document progress in an organized manner.
  • Ability to work with policies, quality standards, and occupational health and safety management system activities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assigned client accounts.
  • Manage and resolve requests generated by clients.
  • Follow up on the status of claims.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, corporate standards, and procedures.
  • Participate in occupational health and safety management system and quality management system activities, including reporting, training, and improvement actions.
  • Visit clients when needed, coordinate with internal Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources areas, and support execution of the Customer Service strategy.
  • Identify process improvements and help maintain compliance with policies and quality standards.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance brokerage or the insurance sector in customer service is preferred.
