Founded in 2013, Dispatch connects service brands, contractors, and customers on a single platform, centralising scheduling, communication, and job data across service networks. The platform serves leading enterprises in manufacturing, warranty, home services, retail, and franchise sectors. Since 2022, Dispatch has also owned Youreka, a Salesforce-native mobile forms platform for field workers.
