Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Design or Industrial/Product Design
  • 8+ years of working experience in the Sporting Goods/Apparel/Fashion industry, specializing in Color & Textile Design
  • Understanding of the Global and North American markets
  • Experience with engineered materials, trims, dyeing techniques, and color applications
  • Knowledge of key retailers in the fashion performance & street footwear landscape
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Excellent 2D software skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus

  • Curating the color collection with the lead for Color and senior footwear designer
  • Hunting for trends in colors, materials, finishes, and technologies
  • Defining signature executions for apparel and footwear collections
  • Building materials library for footwear, creating new collections
  • Supporting technical solutions within product families
  • Selecting functional and vegan/sustainable materials
  • Owning projects from concept to delivery
  • Increasing industry knowledge through research
