Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales, global channel management, and/or distributor management in an international context
  • Experience with market entry, relationship-building, and reseller contracting from the ground up
  • Experience with cross-functional considerations and requirements for global sales for regulated medical device and software products
  • Comfort working during European and Asian time zones
  • Global mindset with the ability to work across cultures
  • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 50% of the time
  • Competency in one or more of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Greek, Arabic, Japanese
Responsibilities
  • Own top-line results for international sales and set targets for quarterly and annual performance
  • Work with company leadership to drive Eko’s go-to-market strategy for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
  • Landscape and help select distributors in Europe, Middle East, and East Asia
  • Negotiate and execute supporting contracts to enable distribution relationship
  • Coordinate teams across regulatory, quality, supply chain, finance, legal, product/software, and sales in order to launch in new markets
  • Collect feedback from international distributors and end-users and channel feedback into product roadmap and commercialization decisions
