  • 1-2 years in a technical support, implementation, or similar role, preferably supporting SaaS integrations or APIs.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, understanding technical requirements and effectively liaising between customers and internal teams.
  • Clear, effective communicator across phone, in-person, and written interactions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, ready to take on diverse responsibilities and work independently.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting tools. Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Java Script) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers by analyzing reported integration issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Engage with customer IT teams to understand their integration issues, provide support, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to triage Integration issues that need product and/or engineering support.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from carriers requiring technical assistance.
  • Assist in the technical aspects of onboarding new customers, ensuring they have the support needed to start strong.
  • Maintain and update public-facing integration documentation, including help center articles and Postman specs.
  • Use monitoring tools to track customer integration performance, proactively detecting and addressing issues before they impact the customer experience.
