Responsibilities
  • Own the account's operating cadence, including meeting preparation, recaps, next steps, and stakeholder follow-through across every live workstream.
  • Prepare every client meeting in advance and action it afterward so that commitments and workstreams do not stall.
  • Own sales collateral end-to-end, including decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies, transforming input from multiple stakeholders into polished, client-ready output.
  • Build a reusable collateral library to reduce proposal turnaround time.
  • Maintain expansion intelligence by mapping the account's business units, brands, and stakeholders.
  • Research new buying centers, identify expansion opportunities, and support thoughtful outbound activity alongside the account lead.
  • Own GTM operations, including customer relationship management hygiene, pipeline reporting, and engagement trackers as a single source of truth.
  • Identify broken or missing processes and fix them proactively, using artificial intelligence tooling where it improves efficiency.
  • Develop fluency in the company's platform, delivery model, and the client's consumer packaged goods, brand, and marketing organizations so as to contribute effectively in client discussions.
