- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to operate a 90-pound jackhammer throughout the work schedule.
- Must be familiar with computer operations and have an aptitude for learning computer skills.

- Must obtain, maintain, or possess and maintain required certifications.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing for 8–10 hours per day.
- Must meet the company's employment requirements, including passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check when driving for the company.
- Work under the Heavy Maintenance Lead, Lead Technician, or Service Manager to meet customer expectations and response-time objectives.
- Close assignments and complete paperwork from the job site as work is completed.
- Maintain company equipment in good working condition.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of fueling and handling locations and equipment.
- Work on fuel dispensers, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Work on submersible fuel pumps and credit card pedestals.
- Remove and safely dispose of petroleum-contaminated water from tanks and catch basins.
- Perform hydrostatic testing of sumps and spill buckets.
- Perform line repairs involving fiberglass-reinforced plastic, flexible fiberglass, and steel.
- Perform sump penetration repairs using systems such as Icon Split Boot and Bravo.
- Repair, replace, and maintain bollards.
- Replace and upgrade spill buckets.
- Demolish and finish concrete using premixed materials or materials mixed on site.
- Install and terminate communication and electrical wiring through direct burial, existing conduit, or new electrical metallic tubing or rigid conduit.
- Repair critically damaged dispensers and fueling equipment.
- Obtain and maintain certifications required for the Heavy Maintenance level on equipment, products, and safety practices.
