Spider-Man: Brand New Day' sets Hollywood record with $309 million promo campaign.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day' sets Hollywood record with $309 million promo campaign. Sony has broken its own marketing record ahead of the release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The studio's promotional partner campaign for the Destin Daniel Cretton-directed film carries a worldwide media value of $309 million, making it the largest promotional partner campaign in Hollywood history. The previous record belonged to Sony's own Spider-Man: Far From Home, which reached $288 million in 2019. The film opens this weekend and industry estimates put its global opening at around $470 million. 165 brands join the campaign. The promotional push includes 165 brands from across the world, and four of them appear directly inside the film through product placement. Spider-Man eats Little Caesars pizza, carries a Samsung phone, works on ASUS computers, and drinks Liquid I.V. inside a bodega scene. BMW vehicles also appear throughout city scenes in the movie. Sony EVP of Brand Strategy and Global Partnerships Jeffrey Godsick told Deadline that Spider-Man draws an audience that spans generations, from children to adults, which allows the studio to bring in partners targeting different groups at once. Little Caesars leads the U.S. fast food tie-in, while McDonald's covers international markets, and together these two partners account for a large share of the total campaign value, followed by Samsung and BMW. New brands joining Sony for the first time on a Spider-Man release include Liquid I.V., Samsung, Takis, and poppi. Samsung is promoting its Galaxy Z foldable phones and Galaxy Watches alongside a new in-film gadget called the Spidey Tracker, used by Jacob Batalon's character Ned Leeds. BMW built its global push around the new Neue Klasse iX3 model and the 5 Series Sedan, both featured in the film's story. Liquid I.V. rolled out limited-edition packaging, an NYC climbing wall activation, and a commercial featuring Batalon. Gaming and social reach add to the numbers. Fortnite has added a Spider-Man: Brand New Day outfit inspired by all three cinematic Spider-Men, along with a Punisher outfit and a returning Web Shooters feature. Pubg Mobile, which has surpassed 1 billion downloads worldwide, built a campaign with in-game props, avatars, billboards in Times Square, and a livestream tournament reaching 26 countries. Takis ran a viral stunt across New York City where snack bags were attached to walls with fake cobwebs, part of its first global promotional campaign spanning 57 countries. Social media data from RelishMix shows the film has reached a combined audience of 2.86 billion across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram, the highest figure the firm has recorded. That number surpasses Avengers: Endgame's 2.4 billion and Avengers: Infinity War's 2 billion. Cast members carry major individual followings too, with Zendaya at 216 million fans and Tom Holland at 70 million. More brands sign on worldwide. Additional partners include Asus's Republic of Gamers line, poppi's new soda flavors, Synchrony Bank's savings-themed spots, and McDonald's Happy Meal keychains rolling out across 80 markets. Singapore Airlines subsidiary Scoot has decked out two aircraft with Spider-Man branding for its Asia-Pacific routes. Other brands tied to the release include Oasis, AG Barr, Tampico, Kayak, 7-Eleven, and KitKat. Godsick called the campaign a reflection of how far brand partnerships can extend a film's reach beyond theaters. Visit JeetWin News for the latest entertainment news and updates. Starbucks ranks #3 in Best Beverage Marketing Campaigns 2026.

Starbucks ranks #3 in Best Beverage Marketing Campaigns 2026. Starbucks ranks #3 in The 25 Best Beverage Marketing Campaigns of 2026: What Actually Worked, an index that ranks 25 beverage brands against a set of qualitative marketing effectiveness dimensions. Starbucks sits behind Liquid Death at #1 and Red Bull at #2, and ahead of Dunkin' at #4. Its position is anchored by a loyalty ecosystem the index cites as one of three models, alongside Red Bull and Prime, that set the standard for cultural reach and earned-media volume. What The 25 Best Beverage Marketing Campaigns of 2026 measures. The index presents a ranked list of 25 beverage brands assessed against a stated set of qualitative marketing effectiveness dimensions: category, primary channel, and "what worked." It also includes a separate qualitative assessment of AI and LLM discovery readiness for select brands. No numeric scoring methodology, panel, or weighting formula is described. For that reason, Starbucks carries a rank of #3 without a published numeric score. Why Starbucks ranks #3. Starbucks is categorized in Coffee, and the index identifies its primary channel as app plus loyalty plus seasonal drops. Under the "what worked" dimension, the index states that Starbucks succeeded because its marketing was embedded into daily routine. The center of Starbucks's ranking is its loyalty ecosystem. The index cites that ecosystem as one of three models, alongside Red Bull and Prime, that set the standard for cultural reach and earned-media volume. That places Starbucks in a small group singled out for how its loyalty structure translates into cultural reach and earned coverage. The index draws a specific distinction about how Starbucks Rewards functions. It describes Starbucks Rewards as a behavioral lock-in system, not just a loyalty program. In the index's words: "Starbucks Rewards is not a loyalty program, it is a behavioral lock-in system." That framing separates Starbucks Rewards from conventional points programs and ties it to the "what worked" finding that Starbucks embedded its marketing into daily routine. How Starbucks's loyalty ecosystem drives its position. The index groups Starbucks within one of its cross-brand patterns: brands that embedded into behavior, where apps, routines, and rituals created behavioral lock-in. Starbucks Rewards is named directly as an example of this pattern, alongside Keurig subscription architecture. The pattern connects back to the brand-level finding that Starbucks's marketing worked because it was embedded into daily routine, and to the index's characterization of Starbucks Rewards as a behavioral lock-in system rather than a loyalty program. Starbucks's primary channel, described by the index as app plus loyalty plus seasonal drops, reflects the mechanics behind that behavioral lock-in. The app and loyalty components carry the routine, while seasonal drops supply recurring reasons to return. Where Starbucks sits in the broader beverage story. Beyond behavioral lock-in, the index calls out patterns that shaped which beverage brands performed in 2026. It notes that brands built brands, not just campaigns, with consistency across channels creating identity rather than just awareness, and that brands designed for sharing, with content distributed by users rather than only consumed. It also observes that brands moved at the speed of culture, treating timing as strategy. The index additionally flags a divide in AI and LLM discovery: brands with structured, entity-rich content footprints are getting cited by AI engines, while brands with only paid media spend are invisible in AI answers. The index names Olipop, Athletic Brewing, and Liquid I.V. as positioned well for AI retrieval, and states that several others on the list are not, and that the gap will widen in the next 24 months. Starbucks is not named among the brands the index positions well for AI retrieval, and it is not named among those it does not. Starbucks's #3 rank rests on a specific, repeatable mechanic: a loyalty ecosystem the index groups with Red Bull and Prime for cultural reach and earned-media volume, and a Rewards program it defines as a behavioral lock-in system. Going into the next refresh, that behavioral embedding is the position the index credits Starbucks with holding. Work with Everything-PR.
