Requirements
  • Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B (business-to-business) selling
  • Proven track record in asking the right questions to foster credibility quickly while aligning offerings with the client
  • Experience in the midmarket: companies with 50 - 1000 employees
  • Ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders, including C-Suite business partners
  • Must be assertive yet consultative
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Prior industry experience strongly desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce a plus
Responsibilities
  • Perform consultative selling to mid-market companies on Employee Health & Benefits and Business Insurance
  • Grow and develop a profitable book of business including assessment and recommendation of appropriate Employee Health & Benefit services and solutions
  • Retain and ensure satisfaction of existing clientele
  • Generate new client production
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders including C-Suite business partners
Desired Qualifications
