Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Three to eight years of overall IT or manufacturing systems experience.
  • Two to five years of hands-on DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM development experience.
  • Experience with at least one complete Apriso implementation or rollout project covering design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM.
  • Apriso Process Builder development and configuration experience.
  • Apriso screen and user-interface development and business-process configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of MES concepts, including production execution, work-order management, WIP tracking, material consumption, genealogy and traceability, quality management, rework and repair, resource and equipment management, and shop-floor data collection.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL programming.
  • Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or related technologies used within Apriso solutions.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, and interface or message structures.
  • Experience with MES-to-ERP integration, preferably SAP-Apriso integration.
  • Understanding of manufacturing master data, including materials, bills of materials, routings, work centres, resources, equipment, and production orders.
  • Good debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills.
  • Experience in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, defect management, and production support.
  • Ability to understand manufacturing business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Good communication and customer-interaction skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy manufacturing solutions using Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM.
  • Develop Apriso business processes, screens, workflows, configurations, and custom functionalities based on manufacturing requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements and process specifications into technical solutions within the Apriso platform.
  • Develop and maintain Apriso Process Builder solutions, user interfaces, business components, and reusable objects.
  • Configure production execution, quality, traceability, warehouse and material management, maintenance, and equipment integration operations.
  • Integrate Apriso MES with enterprise and shop-floor systems such as SAP or other ERP systems, PLM, APS, PLCs, IoT gateways, test systems, and equipment interfaces.
  • Develop and support interfaces using REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, SQL, and other integration technologies.
  • Perform database development, including SQL queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Support master-data integration for materials, bills of materials, routings, work centres, resources, equipment, and production orders.
  • Implement production traceability, genealogy, WIP tracking, material consumption, quality inspection, rework, NCR, and shop-floor data-collection requirements.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for Apriso applications and integrations.
  • Prepare technical design, configuration, deployment, and application-support documentation.
  • Follow coding standards, development guidelines, version-control practices, and release and deployment procedures.
  • Work with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, integration teams, automation teams, and customer manufacturing teams.
  • Participate in requirement workshops and provide technical feasibility and effort estimates.
  • Support application deployment across development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and production environments.
  • Provide post-go-live stabilization and application support when required.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree or relevant DELMIA Apriso certifications.
  • Experience in manufacturing domains such as Automotive, Semiconductor, Electronics, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, Battery or EV, Medical Devices, or Consumer Products.
  • Experience with Apriso modules such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Machine Integration, and Global Process Manager.
  • Knowledge of Apriso Machine Integrator or equipment integration.
  • Experience integrating MES with PLCs, SCADA, IoT gateways, OPC UA, MQTT, Kepware, or Ignition.
  • Knowledge of SECS/GEM equipment integration, particularly for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP PP, MM, QM, or EWM integration.
  • Experience with PLM systems and APS solutions such as DELMIA Ortems.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and IT/OT integration architectures.
  • Experience with source-control and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISA-95 or IEC 62264.
  • Experience in high-volume or discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery models.
  • Exposure to multi-site MES rollouts and global manufacturing programs.
