Dalcour Maclaren provides consultancy services for utilities and infrastructure across the UK and Ireland, focusing on land, property, environment, planning, and stakeholder work. It has four teams—Environment & Planning, Geomatics, Land & Property, and Stakeholder Engagement—covering strategic land use, planning applications, environmental impact assessments, land assembly, asset management, land surveying, and engagement. The firm uses ArcGIS and other technology to speed project delivery and expanded its geomatics capability by acquiring Geomap for topographic surveys, laser scanning, and 3D modeling. Revenue comes from fee-for-service consulting, often through long-term B2B partnerships with utilities and government bodies, helping clients navigate legislation and complex land and property needs to move major projects forward.
