- Demonstrated skills with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012.
- Experience packaging, loading, and distributing software and migration packages.
- Experience supporting Microsoft workstation operating systems and validating test packages.
- Provide support for Configuration Manager tasks and assist with Active Directory Management Service activities related to splitting the domain into two environments.
- Ensure migration packages arrive on time and without errors.
- Work closely with project leadership and desktop support teams to ensure software deployments are installed on desktops.
- Provide deployment reporting, analysis, and incident support.
- Perform SCCM 2012 administration and daily monitoring tasks.
- Deploy monthly Windows updates to desktops through SCCM 2012.
- Integrate packages and software deployments into SCCM 2012 distributions.
- Perform and validate test packages for Microsoft workstation operating systems.
- Monitor deployments with system engineers from other network facilities.
- Provide rollout status and update reporting as required.
