Requirements
  • A high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or quality systems is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience is acceptable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and specifications is required.
  • Ability to respond to technical product inquiries within the guidelines of the position's authority is required.
  • Tact and diplomacy are required in written and verbal communications with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals is required.
  • Ability to work with performance statistics, percentages, graphs, and charts is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to efficiently use the company enterprise resource planning system, complaint-handling systems, and intranet sites is required.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the Hazelwood Distribution Center staff achieves compliance with applicable federal, state, local, international, and current Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
  • Manage the returns process in compliance with internal company and external international guidelines.
  • Assist the Corporate Human Resources department with on-site functions.
  • Supervise and oversee the Hazelwood Distribution Center Quality Department.
