  • Proven experience in SaaS or subscription-based sales, renewals, or account management in the EMEA region
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of team management and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience building and leading global Renewal organizations
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Renewals managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed renewal targets
  • Develop and execute effective renewal strategies for EMEA, focusing on maximizing renewal rates and revenue growth
  • Influence our global Renewals program and take responsibility to scale the operations across our regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact during the renewal process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer renewal status, revenue forecasts, and pipeline data
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the renewal process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
