Requirements
  • A completed higher-education degree in engineering.
  • Relevant experience managing and controlling technical documentation for complex construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Store, administer, track, and control documents in accordance with procedures.
  • Collect information for the document control system and contribute to process improvement.
  • Assist with document migration and audits, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Provide support across relevant activities.
  • Serve as the interface with contractors and beneficiaries.
  • Check internal and external documents subject to delay.
  • Report document status.
  • Register general, technical, and commercial documents.
  • Distribute documents in accordance with internal regulations.
  • Ensure documents are correctly placed and stored.
  • Check documents submitted for revision.
