About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting firms or financial institutions.
  • Substantial experience in Treasury, Finance, asset and liability management, funding, and capital management.
  • Proven experience managing complex transformation programs in the financial services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury operating models, asset and liability management methodologies and liquidity management, funding strategies and balance-sheet optimization, capital management, and capital regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory context, including ESMA T+1, ECMS, Basel frameworks, CRR-CRD, EMIR, IRRBB, ILAAP/ICAAP, LCR/NSFR, and Solvency II.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and market infrastructures, including clearing, settlement, collateral management, and central bank frameworks.
  • Experience with front-office systems such as Murex, Finastra K+, Calypso, SimCorp, Sofia, or MasterFinance, and/or asset and liability management systems such as Ermas, FIS, QRM, or SAS.
  • Ability to design and implement front-to-back process transformation initiatives, especially post-trading processes, integration with financial-market infrastructures, and reporting to internal and external counterparties such as CSDs, Trade Repositories, and brokers.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities for financial modelling involving behavioral liquidity, interest-rate risk management, financial hedging, collateral optimization, and capital optimization and allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop advisory services in Treasury, asset and liability management, and capital management, primarily for financial services clients.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of Treasury and capital management services.
  • Participate in strategic transformation programs involving regulatory change, digital transformation, and operating-model redesign.
  • Support clients in defining solutions and operating models to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality, including through adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Support CFO functions, Treasury, and asset and liability management functions at banks and insurance companies.
  • Provide consulting services relating to Treasury operating models and transformation programs, funding and liquidity management, asset and liability management, capital management and regulatory optimization, front-to-back process redesign, and adaptation to regulatory developments and market infrastructures.
