About the Job

Requirements

Ability to answer phones and assist carryout customers politely and courteously.
Ability to be helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
Ability to maintain the required professional appearance.
Ability to follow customer service procedures, including apologizing, fulfilling the customer's request, and providing something extra.
Ability to follow product preparation and food-safety procedures, including counting pepperoni and ham as required, not clearing pizzas before they are ready for the oven, washing hands before making products, and using only proper product procedures.
Drivers must have one dollar in coin change for every delivery and state, “Let me get your change,” on every order.
Drivers must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
Drivers must not carry a pocket knife or weapon while working.
Drivers must keep their vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive condition while working.
Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries.
Drivers must complete Safe Delivery computer-based training.
Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer's name and address confirmed.

Responsibilities

Answer the phone and assist carryout customers.
Provide helpful and knowledgeable customer service regarding the menu.
Follow customer service and order-accuracy procedures.
Prepare products according to proper procedures and food-safety requirements.
For delivery orders, provide correct change and follow delivery procedures.
Maintain a clean vehicle and professional appearance while working.

Job Description

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza:
Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
Being in perfect image according to standard
Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extra
All Pizza makers must count peperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered
No one is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to place in the oven
Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order NO EXCEPTION
No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products
Only proper procedure for products is allowed
Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed
