- Candidates must be based in the Philippines.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of call center experience; outbound calling, market research, or a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates must have clear, conversational English and good reading comprehension.
- Candidates need basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.
- Candidates must have their own desktop or laptop, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
- Candidates must have stable internet with a backup connection; a prepaid wireless modem is accepted.
- Candidates must be available Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Philippine Time.
- Candidates must be comfortable making calls for extended periods.
- Conduct research calls and accurately record property information.
- Verify and update details using available research tools.
- Follow scripts, data collection guidelines, and company procedures.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and apply feedback.
- Experience in outbound calling, market research, or a similar role.
