  • Serve as a strong business leader and customer partner

  • Manage and lead the sales, Platform Growth/Success, and Marketing teams
  • Identify market opportunities for Parafin's products
  • Inspire, motivate, and drive organizational planning
  • Ensure detailed and accurate revenue forecasting
  • Lead the overall sales and success process
  • Report to Executive Leadership and Board on key metrics
  • Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
