About the job
- Ideally, have 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or a technical customer-facing role at a high-growth software company.
- Have proven experience leading complex, high-visibility transformation programs to completion and have directly written requirements documents that engineers built.
- Be able to reason from first principles and test inherited assumptions.
- Be able to read API documentation, reason about data models and system architecture, and participate meaningfully in engineering tradeoff discussions.
- Be comfortable acknowledging knowledge gaps and motivated to learn the content domain.
- Be able to work onsite with customers as needed.
- Own customer engagements end to end, from initial design through build, testing, and launch; define success with the customer and maintain focus on agreed outcomes.
- Translate clinical policy, legacy systems, regulatory deadlines, and stakeholder input into functional requirements and acceptance criteria that engineering can implement.
- Build consensus and secure commitment to a shared plan from internal colleagues and client stakeholders.
- Develop detailed knowledge of clinician workflows, payer operations, interoperability standards, and upcoming regulations through work with customers.
- Build trust and credibility as a customer advisor, helping customers understand their needs and how best to address them.
- Deploy Anterior's AI-driven clinical reasoning platform into customer organizations by understanding customer requirements, tailoring the platform, defining deployment specifications, and coordinating engineering, clinical, and customer stakeholder teams.
- Design clinical workflows and process diagrams, write requirements, define testing plans, manage implementation timelines, and present to client senior leadership as needed.
- Experience in or around payers, providers, or health technology, including utilization management, prior authorization, risk adjustment, HEDIS, claims, or interoperability standards such as FHIR, Da Vinci, or X12.
- Experience deploying AI/LLM-based systems into production and hands-on familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval, or agent orchestration.
- Experience as a founder, founding team member, or early operator.
