Requirements

A Business or Engineering degree is required.
Six to eight years of overall experience, emphasizing commercial planning and analysis, performance evaluation, forecasting, and statistical analysis of financial data.
A solid background in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis is required.
Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills are required.
Competence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
A good command of spoken and written English is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

Lead feasibility and post-evaluation of projects and initiatives to support long-term growth.
Manage annual business budgeting and rolling forecasts using reasonable assumptions, insights, and analysis.
Lead business analysis and define market-test key performance indicators and success measures, considering risks and opportunities.
Evaluate and analyze test results and recommend decisions based on insights.
Establish a sound business case for each project and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Partner with multifunctional teams in digital, development, and operations, providing analysis, targets, and recommendations.
Partner with franchisees to review business, provide consultation, and build franchisee capability.
Estimate the financial impact of foreseeable opportunities and risks, update forecasts, and alert business partners.
Establish performance tracking, reporting, and management information requirements.
Proactively participate in process optimization.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects assigned by the Head of Business Planning.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Planning Manager to join our team at Yum! Restaurants International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the business forward through insightful financial analysis, budgeting, and effective partnership with both Yum and Franchisee senior leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the KFC brand in Thailand.

Qualifications:

Any Business or Engineering degree
6-8 years’ overall experience with emphasis on commercial planning and analysis, performance evaluation, forecasting specifically Involved with statistical analysis of financial data
Solid background on financial planning, forecasting and analysis.
Strategic thinking, Analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Competent user of MS office especially Excel
Good command of English both spoken and written.
Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
