Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product analytics, experimentation, conversion and growth optimization, data science, and/or product management in the AdTech domain
  • Proficiency in data analysis tooling such as SQL, Python or similar languages
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with mobile application development, Android Studio, and related SDKs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-Oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our AdTech stack
  • Monitor and analyze key advertising performance metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize ad placements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ad-related enhancements
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze user behavior
  • Utilize data analytics tools to perform in-depth analysis
  • Query, clean, analyze, and visualize datasets
  • Highlight key findings and propose optimizations based on data
  • Work closely with product managers, software developers, and UX/UI designers
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
