About The Role

Jones is seeking a Lead Plumbing Install Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring plumbing expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. 

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of plumbing installation experience
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Stellar communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A reliable, punctual work ethic that gets things done
• Valid drivers license required
• Candidates must be over 21

Your Role

• Install plumbing systems in residential homes, ensuring top-notch quality and full code compliance

• Provide stellar customer service, always tackling plumbing needs with professionalism and efficiency

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, delivering quick and effective solutions

• Work closely with team members to ensure timely, on-spec installations

• Make sure all tools, equipment, and materials are ready to go for each job

• Follow strict safety protocols to keep everyone on the job site safe and sound

• Keep accurate records of installations and work completed, ensuring everything is documented and organized
