Requirements
- Solid experience across backend and frontend development, with advanced database knowledge.
- Experience developing full-stack applications; the role requires working across web applications, backend, databases, and frontend.
- Experience developing backend services using C# and .NET, including MVC, .NET Core, or Web API.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework or other object-relational mappers, alongside strong native SQL skills rather than relying solely on an object-relational mapper.
- At least three years of experience with a modern frontend framework: Vue, React, or Angular.
- Demonstrated ability to develop complete features spanning frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and API consumption.
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Autonomy and responsibility in execution.
- Ability to understand the business impact of technical decisions.
- Intermediate English for technical reading and basic communication.
- Availability to work two to three days in the office in Culiacán, Sinaloa.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 8.
- Build frontend interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Work with databases containing millions of records while ensuring performance and efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize queries, indexes, and data structures.
- Implement business logic primarily at the database level.
- Debug and troubleshoot SQL and backend systems.
- Participate in stress testing and performance optimization.
- Contribute to MVC and single-page application architectures.
- Work with the team using agile methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computing, or a related field.
- Experience with ASP.NET WebForms or legacy systems.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence integrations, including the ChatGPT API or Google Cloud.
- Experience with usability testing.
