About the Company

Marketplace Chaplains

Provides workplace chaplaincy and employee care

Marketplace Chaplains provides confidential, voluntary faith-based chaplaincy services to businesses as an extension of an employer’s care program. Trained chaplains visit workplaces regularly and are available 24/7 for employees and their families, offering support for stress, grief, relationships, and crisis management, with remote options via phone, text, video chat, and the MyChap App. While rooted in Evangelical Christian principles, services are offered in a non-denominational way to all employees. The company differentiates itself from typical EAPs by building ongoing, trusted relationships through onsite visits and a scalable, contract-based professional service model, serving millions of employees across North America. Its goal is to improve employee well-being, morale, and resilience by providing accessible, confidential support and expanding its reach over time.
