  • BS and 10+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Previous SoC development experience.
  • Silicon, FPGA or system validation experience.
  • Knowledge of wireless connectivity standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to tailor information to the right audience, including executive management.
  • Experience working in a dynamic multi-functional engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management and leadership skills.
  • Expertise owning and driving project development/technical program management.
Responsibilities
  • Work on a Program Management team responsible for driving technical issue resolution to enable timely silicon to meet daring product schedules of groundbreaking silicon.
  • Track program landmarks for all phases of silicon and systems validation: Pre-silicon development, prototyping, silicon bring-up, system bring-up and production ramp.
  • Interface and drive silicon issues within multi-functional teams including Design, Systems Engineering, Validation, Technology, FW/SW, and Test engineering.
  • Drive technical sessions with multi-functional partners to supervise and follow up issues/concerns.
  • Align with multi-functional teams to deliver silicon configurations and ensure smooth bring-up to meet product schedules.
  • Drive risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery.
  • Focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status.
