- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, VMware, and SolarWinds.
- Ability to provide logical, in-depth analysis of problems and recommendations for improvement when warranted.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States under an accepted status of green card, U.S. citizenship, or green card employment authorization document.
- Manage the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of Microsoft Windows Servers.
- Manage the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of VMware environments.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, coordinate with end users, and provide top-tier technical support.
- Manage product lifecycles to maintain vendor support, maintenance contracts, and software license compliance.
- Complete required updates and upgrades.
- Manage Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Participate in other special projects as required.
