Responsibilities
  • Perform financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and foreign-exchange purchases and sales, and clearly inform customers about their transactions.
  • Carry out administrative and operational tasks, including controlling checkbooks and cards, supplying cash to ATMs, and balancing cash registers.
  • Identify the financial needs of current and potential customers and refer commercial opportunities to bankers for financial products and services.
  • Ensure cash and valuables are handled correctly in accordance with established procedures, controls, and security measures.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality customer service that contributes to a positive branch experience.
