Requirements
At least one year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience is preferred.
Experience as an Intake RN is preferred.
A current Massachusetts registered nurse license is required.
Current CPR and CPI certifications are required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current negative tuberculosis test or medical clearance.

Job Summary:
Deliver quality general/psychiatric nursing care to patients who are hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders. 0Knows and applies current nursing theory, principles of care and nursing procedures in performing the following functions appropriate to the age of the patient, maintains a safe and clean care environment, quality improvement, assist in the supervision of the Behavioral Health Technician, actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications, behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of Aurora Behavioral Health System.
Shift details: Full-time 36 hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Schedule: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm
