- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting principles.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive FP&A strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee the financial planning process, including the creation of accurate and insightful budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of performance.
- Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage risk assessment processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and leverage data analytics for a competitive advantage.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including accounting, operations, and product development.
