Requirements
  • Recent and relevant experience in physiotherapy.
  • Current membership in the professional order is required.
  • A diploma in physiotherapy is required.
  • A professional-order permit is required.
  • A personal vehicle is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assess users’ physical and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide physiotherapy treatments adapted to each client.
  • Monitor clinical progress and adjust interventions.
  • Advise users and their close contacts.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Document interventions in clinical records.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in rehabilitation, URFI, a hospital setting, or an outpatient clinic, depending on the assignment.
  • Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation is an asset.
  • A driver's license and vehicle are required for certain assignments.
  • French-English bilingualism is an asset for the assignment.
