About the company

Ribbon AI builds a voice-first AI platform that automates the initial candidate screening for high-volume hiring. It uses a conversational AI interviewer that talks with applicants in over 10 languages, conducts five-minute voice interviews, and generates a summary, a score, and data-driven insights for recruiters. The system integrates with over 45 popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to keep candidate data in one place and supports 24/7 screening to move candidates from application to interview in minutes rather than days. Ribbon AI differentiates itself by focusing on voice-based interactions rather than text or video, enabling continuous, language-flexible screening and bias-reducing analytics. The company's goal is to reduce inefficiencies in recruitment by handling repetitive screening tasks at scale, helping organizations process large applicant pools more quickly while giving candidates fast feedback and a quicker path to employment.
