Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of training materials and training delivery for 100 volunteers prior to the fair
  • Assist with supervision of volunteers during the fair including sign in/sign out, conducting safety briefings, and coaching
  • Provide input to Senior Supervisor related to volunteer performance
  • Provide leadership, assistance, and coaching to volunteers
  • Ensure CNE policies and procedures are followed, including those around maintaining a safe work environment
  • Other duties as assigned
