  • A high school diploma or 5–7 years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to students and faculty, addressing needs as they arise.
  • Coordinate travel, event logistics and execution, and documentation management for the Sales Institute, including receipts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director when requested.
  • Oversee front desk coverage during operating hours and perform front desk duties when work-study support is unavailable.
  • Assist with budget tracking and purchasing, including UShop and other financial systems, in collaboration with the Executive Director.
  • Support all aspects of the ACBSP accreditation process, maintain timely and accurate documentation for required reports, and keep ACBSP web content up to date.
  • Enter, maintain, and audit undergraduate and graduate course-scheduling data in the Banner system.
  • Process undergraduate and graduate student academic forms, ensuring faculty approval and submission to the Registrar’s Office.
  • Distribute program information and support academic initiatives through displays, digital monitors, bulletin boards, and other communication channels.
  • Manage student-worker hiring, training, scheduling, and delegation of daily tasks.
  • Manage School of Business conference-room scheduling, handle room-change requests, and oversee classroom and event-location management.
  • Assist with conference booking, hotel, rental-car, bus transportation, and other travel needs.
  • Oversee faculty receipt and reimbursement processing, including collection, documentation, form completion, approval submission, and coordination with Finance.
  • Collect, organize, and disseminate faculty activity data, including work plans, curricula vitae, classroom observations, and semester availability forms.
  • Document and track compliance for direct pays, reimbursements, professional-development funds, and faculty or student travel.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, support compliance with Department of Labor laws and university policies, and manage student-worker payroll approval.
  • Act as an administrative liaison for project management within the program, discipline, and university.
  • Maintain electronic documents and collaborate across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Workday.
  • Organize faculty meetings and retreats, including scheduling and minute-taking.
  • Oversee accounting and disbursement of faculty professional-development funds.
  • Attend campus-wide meetings as needed and participate in professional-development activities.
  • Support campus-wide bulletin-board public-relations efforts and collaborate with other academic units on cross-marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding with Human Resources and the Office of Academic Affairs, including key requests, parking permits, and campus identification processes.
  • Ensure the Student Business Lounge, Innovation Hub, and academic spaces are prepared for daily use.
  • Oversee program-related grants, student awards, scholarships, honor societies, and course fees.
  • Assist with communicating and improving policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to university and USNH regulations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Director and AOD.
  • Provide event assistance for School of Business-affiliated and student events as needed.
  • Engage in and participate in student and faculty retention activities for the School of Business.
