Business Development Representative
About the job
- The candidate should have 0–2 years of experience at a business-to-business organization in an Inside Business Development or Inside Sales role; recent graduates are welcome.
- The candidate must communicate confidently, clearly, and succinctly in English and German, both in writing and verbally.
- The candidate must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Commit to and deliver on standard service level agreements for lead follow-up protocol, brand messaging, business system process adherence, and key performance indicator tracking and reporting.
- Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to leaders at select accounts.
- Provide high-level information about why Revalize is the right solution for prospects' needs.
- Generate qualified leads and set meetings to create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Manage a pipeline and provide accurate data in Salesforce to support forecasting.
- Use AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done by identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and driving business outcomes as tools evolve.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io is preferred.
