Requirements
  • 2+ years of market intelligence, financial analysis or business analytics background
  • Applicable experience in business/competitive analysis
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in business analysis and reporting methods
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Information Science or Information Technology) preferred
  • Understanding of the accounts payable ecosystem and B2B payments systems are preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the product team to generate intelligence on products, align market and competitor trends, and support product roadmap planning
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate market data and trends related to the financial services technology industry and identify early warnings on shifts in the marketplace and how they apply to the financial industry
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales & Marketing to gain insights from the “field”
  • Identify information sources and gaps, and to create plans to solve for both high-level and tactical business problems
  • Lead discussions with our customers and prospects to gain competitive intelligence
