  • 1-2 years technology staff augmentation sales work experience or 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success

Responsibilities
  • Lead capture and prospecting
  • Search accounts, identify main points of contact, and generate interest
  • Prospect new deals and open market to Account Executives
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails
  • Communicate value proposition in a pitch to potential customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Executives
  • Provide feedback on outbound phone and email campaigns
  • Create and maintain a database of contacts
  • Engage with prospects to build trusted relationships
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
  • Review customer journey and take a consultative approach in helping clients
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between team members
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings
  • Prepare documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate campaign performance
  • Work with sales and marketing team to develop case studies
