  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise solution or application architecture, including at least 5 years focused on Lead-to-Cash, configure-price-quote, order management, or subscription billing platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting services and software subscription offers, including software as a service, term licenses, consumption-based offers, and support or services contracts, at enterprise scale.
  • Hands-on delivery experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Zuora, or comparable subscription and order management systems.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation, enterprise resource planning or customer relationship management migration, or post-merger integration programs, including legacy data migration and cutover.
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
  • Deep knowledge of subscription commercial models, including term, usage, committed consumption, co-term, ramp, renewal, and mid-term change, and their representation in system design.
  • Strong command of quote-to-cash process design across configure-price-quote, contracting, order orchestration, entitlement, provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • A solid grasp of integration architecture, including application programming interfaces, event-driven patterns, middleware, and master data management across product, customer, and install-base domains.
  • Ability to produce solution designs, data models, interface specifications, and decision records that development teams can build from.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for services and software subscription offers across the combined HPE and Juniper portfolios, spanning quote, order, fulfillment, entitlement, and renewal.
  • Translate subscription and software-as-a-service commercial constructs, including term, usage-based, committed-consumption, co-term, and mid-term change, into platform-level design on the target Lead-to-Cash stack.
  • Design and document subscription data models, product and offer structures, and integration patterns between configure-price-quote, order management, entitlement, billing, and asset management systems.
  • Partner with business, product, and pricing leaders to assess offer feasibility and define the architecture runway required to deliver offers.
  • Lead design reviews and architecture decision records, resolve cross-workstream dependencies, and drive alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Guide migration of subscription and support contracts from fragmented legacy systems onto the unified platform, including data mapping, reconciliation, and cutover design.
  • Support build and test teams as the design authority by clarifying intent, reviewing configuration, and triaging defects that trace to architectural decisions.
  • Identify and escalate architectural risks, technical debt, and scalability constraints, with recommended mitigations, to program leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant architecture or platform certifications, such as TOGAF, SAP, or Salesforce, are an asset.
  • An advanced degree is an asset.

Toshiba, SpeQtral and HPE showcase quantum-safe IPsec VPN protection for critical infrastructure

Toshiba Asia Pacific has validated a quantum-safe communications solution with SpeQtral and HPE to protect critical infrastructure and government networks from quantum computing threats. The solution integrates Toshiba's Quantum-secure Networking Platform with HPE Networking SRX Next Generation Firewall, enabling organisations to strengthen IPsec VPN connections whilst preserving existing infrastructure. The system combines Post-Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Key Distribution technologies to protect against "harvest now, decrypt later" attacks, where encrypted data captured today could be decrypted by future quantum computers. SpeQtral led the integration, demonstrating secure IPsec VPN operation using quantum-safe key material. The solution will be showcased at GovWare 2026 in Singapore from 13-15 October, offering critical information infrastructure operators a practical pathway to quantum-safe security.

BofA keeps buy rating on HPE stock ahead of Sept. 30 investor day, sees 40% upside

Bank of America has reiterated its buy rating on Hewlett Packard Enterprise ahead of the company's networking investor day on 30 September. Analyst Wamsi Mohan maintained an $88 price target, representing roughly 40% upside from recent levels. HPE shares have more than doubled this year following the company's $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks in July. The deal transformed networking into HPE's fastest-growing segment, with third-quarter networking revenue jumping 74.9% to $2.9 billion. Bank of America expects the data centre networking market to grow about 40% annually through 2030, up from HPE's earlier 15% estimate. The firm projects HPE's networking revenue will compound at 15% to 20% yearly. However, BofA's model shows free cash flow potentially dipping to $2.75 billion in fiscal 2028 as capital spending rises sharply.
