  • 2+ years of software solution consulting, sales, services or customer success experience
  • 1+ with HCM (ERP software)
  • Outstanding ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers
  • Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives

  • Evaluate the efficiency of course curricula, certifications, training, etc.
  • Courses and materials for new and tenured SCs that teach on product and selling skills
  • Enablement for new products/offerings and identified gaps
  • Content for Solution Consulting Events
  • Demo skills including discovery, objection handling, storytelling, etc.
  • Workday HCM product skills
  • Sales skills
  • Mentor new SCs through their certification process
