About the job

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar hybrid technical/commercial role.
  • Expertise with AI, large language model, or agentic tooling for prospecting, personalization, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and comfort working with APIs and webhooks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Instantly.
  • Strong understanding of data enrichment, lead routing, and outbound deliverability.
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort querying databases for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, UTM frameworks, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Ability to move quickly, make tradeoffs, and ship practical solutions without over-engineering.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity; ideally, prior experience at an early-stage company and building from zero.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build the end-to-end go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, outbound sequencing, enrichment, attribution, and analytics.
  • Write custom integrations, workflows, and automations that connect marketing and sales systems into a single, reliable pipeline.
  • Build and maintain lead-scoring models, routing logic, and lifecycle-stage definitions.
  • Create dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and optimize outbound infrastructure, including domain management, deliverability monitoring, and personalization at scale.
  • Partner with sales to identify bottlenecks and build tooling that shortens deal cycles.
  • Instrument the website and product for marketing attribution and intent-signal capture.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party tools, favoring custom builds when faster or more flexible.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Census or Hightouch, or data warehouses such as BigQuery, ClickHouse, or Snowflake.
  • Background in growth engineering or product-led growth motions.
  • Prior experience standing up account-based marketing programs or intent-based outbound workflows.

About the company

Mycroft builds an AI-native security and compliance platform that acts as a virtual CISO, GRC expert, and IT operations team for startups, SMBs, and fintechs. Its AI Security and Compliance Officer uses no-code agents to monitor AWS, GCP, and Azure, enforce policies, manage incidents, collect audit evidence, and automate remediation. It stands out by unifying security and compliance tasks in one platform with agentic automation that adapts to each company, reducing the need for a large in-house security team. Its goal is to help growing businesses scale securely with continuous compliance and faster audit readiness.
