  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience is required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing project schedules and deadlines is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead schematic, conceptual, and detailed design of water and wastewater facilities, including sewage pumping stations, force mains, water booster stations, and collection/distribution systems.
  • Prepare construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, permit applications, and engineering reports for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Provide construction phase services and coordinate with internal teams, municipalities, contractors, regulatory agencies, and clients throughout project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, proposals, and multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D to support engineering design and system analysis for municipal water and wastewater projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the design and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
