What You Will Do
Alchemer is seeking a full-time VP of Revenue Operations to lead the team responsible for setting sales targets, optimizing territories to ensure the greatest opportunity for each individual rep’s success, and leading other key strategic revenue-enhancing initiatives.

How You Will Spend Your Days
Team Management: provide direction and leadership to sales operations team, establish goals and objectives, and manage performance
Strategy development: Devise strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, marketing, finance, product, and customer success to achieve the common goal of driving revenue.
Process optimization: Optimizing end-to-end sales processes across the customer journey.
Revenue forecasting: Forecasting revenue to set monthly goals for quarterly sales and services bookings. Build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals.
Tool and technology: Implementing and optimizing use of current tools and technologies to support and scale sales revenue operations.
Data management and analytics: Handling data management and data analysis, building dashboards for trend analysis and implement data driven processes to ensure data integrity across systems.
Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and sales process improvements.
What You Bring to this Role
- 7-10 years providing strategic direction for company-wide revenue operations within a B2B SaaS organization
- Change management experience in a fast-paced organization with $60M in ARR including tool and support implementation to scale revenue
- Experience setting aligned quotas and territories for sales personnel that also support business growth outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to use data for decision making
- Demonstrate competency with: Learning Management Systems (LMS), Sales Enablement software, Sales velocity tools, Sales Intelligence/Business Intelligence (BI) software and Marketing Automation software
- Presentation skills: Must be able to present and share data in a polished, meaningful way, whether it’s a quick email, in-depth report, or presentation deck. Must communicate in a clear, engaging manner
Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $200,000 plus bonus, and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
