Members 1st associates complete leadership program in partnership with Shippensburg U. Members 1st Federal Credit Union's first cohort of associates completed a leadership development program offered in partnership with Shippensburg University. According to a release, associates participated in programs designed to support leaders at different stages of their careers: the Frontline Leadership Credentialing program for emerging leaders and the Applied Leadership Skills for Mid-Level Leadership program. The programs provided participants with practical tools to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, change management, employee engagement, and other leadership skills. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Tyminski will play a key role in advancing the organization's commercial lending strategy, supporting ongoing growth and continuing to build a strong foundation for long-term success. A Central Pennsylvania native, Tyminski joins Members 1st from LINKBANK, where he served as Regional President overseeing the Central Pennsylvania market.
