Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, grasp, use fine hand/eye coordination, push and pull, and sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must be available for travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
  • Must possess time-management and detail-orientation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct daily care to the residents of Boys Ranch as part of a team.
  • Provide for the health, safety, and well-being of each child in care.
  • Supervise children during overnight hours, address emergencies, and maintain a secure and nurturing environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in childcare is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge is preferred.
