Requirements
  • Product Experience: You’ve been managing successful products for the better part of a decade, with the glowing customer reviews to prove it.
  • Communication Skills: You can explain complex ideas in a way that a 5 year old would understand. Your storytelling will captivate stakeholders and team members alike, making them rally behind your product vision.
  • Growth Mindset: You’re always on the lookout for the next big challenge and aren’t afraid to take calculated risks. Mistakes? You see them as learning opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You love numbers and insights as much as you love brainstorming sessions. You’ll use data to inform your product decisions, ensuring we’re not just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks.
Responsibilities
  • You’ll be the captain of our product ship, steering us through the stormy seas of innovation - driving clarity and executing the CEO’s vision.
  • We need someone who doesn’t just sit back in meetings but actively participates in product decisions. You’ll be testing features, gathering user feedback, and ensuring our product is delightful.
  • You’ll lead a team of product managers and designers, turning them into a powerhouse of creativity and efficiency.
  • You’ll need to be adaptable, pivoting strategies and making tough decisions with limited data.
